We are three lawyers located in Carlsbad, California. Joshua Hershon, Esq.
Founding Partner
Joshua Hershon has worked on Wall Street, in a US Senator’s office, and managed his own law practice. Although he has done criminal defense and civil litigation in the past, his current practice is focused on family law–specifically adoption, divorce and child custody issues. In addition to his license to practice law in California, Joshua is also certified in mediation and holds a California real estate license. He attended University of California, Santa Barbara and Appalachian School of Law.
Joshua speaks Spanish, not as well as he speaks French, but much better than he speaks Mandarin or Hungarian. In addition to his experience practicing law, Joshua has had a very diverse work history, including employment as a veterinary surgical assistant, a bartender, ski instructor and carpenter. Joshua currently resides in Carlsbad.
